This problem is often caused by malware infections or viruses that block connection to one of Google’s servers.
The solution:
- Pastikan komputer Anda sudah bersih dari Malware atau Virus.
- Click on the Windows button and then type Notepad on the search column (for WIndows 8 / 10).
- click Start >All Programs >Accessories(for Windows 7/ Vista).
- Click right on Notepad and then tap Run as Administrator.
- Open C:WindowsSystem32Driversetchosts from Notepad
- Find a line that says 127.0.0.1 clients2.google.com or 127.0.0.1 chrome.google.comand then delete it
- Click File -> Save or Ctrl + S to save the changes.
- Tr to Install again.
