This problem is not caused by Virol. It can happen when the caption is rejected by Instagram because there are activity in the account that violates Instagram TOS.
Instagram is very strict in fighting spam and unnatural activity.
There may be some causes, like:
- Using auto like/comments/follow/DM bot.
- Too many comments at one time.
- Too many posts at one time.
- Posting contents with the same caption and hashtag several times.
- Too many mentions in a caption or photo tag.
- Using black list words or hashtags.
- etc
Solution:
- Reduce activity like, comment and follow
- Turn any Instagram bot (if you use it).
- Change Instagram Password
Tips to Avoid:
- Login using an official Instagram app on your phone and do normal activities like scrolling feeds, browsing explores, liking posts, saving posts and more using the app.
- Avoid too many mentions in your captions. Do it in moderation. Mentioning 1 to 2 people should be enough.
- Make sure that your captions and hashtags vary. Don’t just write the same kind of things over and over again.
- Avoid using banned hashtags and black listed words. I don't memorize the list, there are thousands. try to find them on Google. Just try looking on https://www.google.com/search?q=banned+instagram+hashtag
