This error has nothing to do with Virol. It’s just that Instagram limit your account’s activities.
It can be because of too many scroll or reload your Instagram web page, so Instagram temporarily blocks your account for 10 to 15 minutes.
Please note that Instagram limits excessive activities on the web to fight robots.
