You See the ‘Oops, an Error Occurred’ Warning When You Open Instagram

This error is oftentimes caused by an error in Instagram’s server or conflicts with Insta-gram cookies.

Solutions:

  • Remove other extensions that are related to Instagram.
  • If you add more than one Instagram account to Virol, try switching to another Instagram account to see whether it works normally on that account.
  • Logout from Instagram when possible.
  • Clear cookies on your browser.
  • If you’ve tried these three step and the problem still persists, it’s very likely that there’s an error in Instagram’s server. Just wait until they fix the problem with the server.
