Here\u2019s how to do that:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Write the caption in the Post editor<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>+captions<\/strong> button<\/li>\n<li>Click the blue button that says <strong>save current caption<\/strong>\n<\/li>\n<li>Give your captions a title<\/li>\n<li>Click Save<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video aligncenter post-editor\"><video autoplay controls loop muted src=\"https:\/\/help.suite.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/save-current-caption.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n<h3>Using Saved Caption<\/h3>\n\n<p>You can insert the caption you have saved in the following way:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Click the <strong>+ Captions<\/strong> button in the Post editor<\/li>\n<li>Hover the cursor over the caption you want to use<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>Insert <\/strong>button<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video aligncenter post-editor\"><video autoplay controls loop muted src=\"https:\/\/help.suite.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/insert-saved-caption.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n<h3 id=\"mce_25\">Using Saved Caption via Shortcut<\/h3>\n\n<p>There\u2019s another way to instantly insert your saved captions by using a shortcut<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Type the <strong>slash<\/strong> (\/) and then followed by its caption name: for example <strong>\/cta<\/strong>\n<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019ll see a list of captions you\u2019ve saved.
