It\u2019s usually because of <strong>blocking by AntiVirus or Firewall<\/strong> installed on your computer.<\/p>\n\n<p>It\u2019s because some AntiViruses or Firewalls only allow verified add-on installations from <a href=\"https:\/\/addons.mozilla.org\/\">addons.mozilla.org.<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p>SO you can solve this by <strong>download and install it<\/strong><strong>manually<\/strong>. Here\u2019s how to do it:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/support.virol.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Screen-Shot-2018-06-04-at-15.11.39.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-348\"><\/figure>\n\n<p>1. <strong>Right click<\/strong>on the <strong>Install to Firefox<\/strong> button and then click the <strong>Save Link As<\/strong> menu.<\/p>\n\n<p>2. <strong>Save the virol.xpi file<\/strong>to your computer.<\/p>\n\n<p>3. Open the <strong>Tools -&gt; Add-ons<\/strong> <strong>menu<\/strong> or type <strong>about:addons<\/strong> in browser.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/support.adsumo.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Screen-Shot-2017-06-05-at-9.10.08-AM.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-144\"><\/figure>\n\n<p>4. click on <strong>Gear button<\/strong> and then choose <strong>Install Add-on from File.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/support.virol.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Screen-Shot-2018-06-04-at-15.12.14.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-349\"><\/figure>\n\n<p>5. <strong>Choose<\/strong> the <strong>virol.xpi<\/strong>file that you have saved <strong>earlier<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>6. You\u2019ll get an installation <strong>confirmation window<\/strong>.
