Access the <strong>Tools -&gt; Addons menu<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n<p>2. Make sure you see Virol on the Extensions page<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/support.virol.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Screen-Shot-2018-06-04-at-01.43.10-1024x252.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-334\"><\/figure>\n\n<p><strong>Chrome<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>1. Access the <strong>Window -&gt; Extensions<\/strong> menu<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/support.adsumo.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Screen-Shot-2015-03-25-at-10.53.25-AM.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-147\"><\/figure>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/support.virol.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Screen-Shot-2018-06-04-at-01.45.28.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-333\"><\/figure>\n\n<p>2. Make sure you see Virol on the Extensions menu<br><\/p>\n\n<p>If you <strong>don\u2019t see Virol<\/strong>on the Extensions page, it means that <strong>Virol hasn\u2019t been installed on your browser.<\/strong> Stop reading here and try to<strong>install it again.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>However, if the Virol icon is indeed there on the Extensions page but it still doesn\u2019t appear on the top right corner of your browser, here are the things that may cause it:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>1. Add-on \/ Extensions is disabled<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>a. Firefox<\/strong><br>Access <strong>Tools -&gt; Add-ons<\/strong> (Firefox) and if you see <strong>disabled<\/strong> next to the Virol icon, it means that the add-on is <strong>disabled<\/strong>. Just click <strong>Enable<\/strong> to solve the problem<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.suite.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/switch-account.mp4\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-332\"><\/figure>\n\n<p><strong>b. Chrome<\/strong><br>Access <strong>Window -&gt; Extensions<\/strong> (Chrome) and make sure that Virol is <strong>enabled<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/support.virol.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/virol-chrome-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-331\"><\/figure>\n\n<p>If it\u2019s enabled the Virol icon should appear on the top right corner of your browser.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>2. Extension Corrupt<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>This usually only happens on Chrome.
