To find out why you can't log in to the members area or the Virol app, you need to note the error message<\/strong> that appears when you tried to log in.<\/p>\n\n

Here's a description of the error message and the solution:<\/p>\n\n

1. Invalid Username or password<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

You entered the wrong username or password of your Suite.id account<\/strong> . If you forgot your username or password, you can do a password reset at https:\/\/virol.co\/lost-password<\/a> by entering the e-mail address you used when placing order at Suite.id. After that you will receive an email with username information and a link to reset the password<\/p>\n\n

2. You don't have permission to access<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

The Suite.id account that you are using login with does not have access to Virol or has not made purchase<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

If you think you've purchase Virol, it is probably you were purchasing Virol with a different Suite.id account. <\/p>\n\n

You can check all your e-mail accounts by searching for e-mail from Suite.id to make sure which account you are using to purchase Virol<\/p>\n\n

3. Your subscription has been expired<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

Your Virol license<\/strong> is expired. You can click the following link to subscribe to Virol again.<\/p>\n\n
