Scheduled Post Quota Explained

Due to monthly operational cost for scheduled post feature, there’s a limit/quota for scheduled post every month.

How to check your quota:

  1. Click on Virol button in the extensions bar (in the top right corner of your browser).
  2. Choose Scheduled Posts menu

The remaining posts can be seen in the top right corner.

Notes:

  • The number indicates the rest of the post that we can schedule each month.
  • If you connect more than one Instagram account to Virol, this limit is for all accounts. NOT for each account.
  • This limitation for scheduled posts only.
  • Post without Schedule is not using quota (unlimited)
  • Quotas will be reduced by 1 when used to schedule posts, even if they are not already posted.
  • Quota will not be restored after the post has been successfully posted on schedule.
  • If the scheduled post is failed to post, the remaining quota will be restored.
  • Quotas are returned when a scheduled post is deleted before being posted.
  • Quota will be reset in the beginning ofevery month, based on the package you choose.
